Arthur McKay, a qualified electrician by trade, established the company in 1958. Back then we had just one van. Now our 147 vans are a familiar sight on streets the length and breadth of Scotland.

Again, over 50 years ago we had to rely on the old time honoured methods. Today we have a huge armoury of hi-tech tools at our command.

And we’re a £63 million turnover company, with over 630 full-time staff operating out of offices in Edinburgh, London and Glasgow.

Of course, some things will never change. We’ve never lost our genuine interest in customer needs. And we have the same dedication to providing genuinely innovative and cost effective solutions.

These are the qualities that have helped us become one of the top fifty building services and maintenance contractors in the UK.

While we’re proud of our history, it’s the future that’s really important.

To keep us at the cutting edge of our industry we are committed to developing new technologies and finding new and better ways doing things.

This commitment comes not from a mere desire
to keep up with the times, but rather from a burning need to keep ahead of them, well into the
21st century.
