George started in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) industry in 1976, where he progressed to a project manager, delivering design and build projects. George joined Arthur McKay in 2003 as a director to develop the mechanical business. He joined the Atalian Servest Group following the acquisition of Arthur McKay in 2016.
As part of the senior management team at Arthur McKay, George has helped grow the company into a profitable business, with an annual turnover of £165m.
