Sadly, however, they found themselves a few key ingredients short of a modern telephony system. They turned to Arthur McKay to see what we could cook up.
The first thing we suggested was a 4-Watt Mitel system, 12 Watts less than the competitor. It was more efficient both operatively and environmentally. 
As well as saving energy we saved them money on cabling cost by going VOiP. And the IT staff we’re handed Wi-Fi handsets to help them keep on the move.
Macsweens were uncommonly happy, or as the Bard might say, “onco’ happy.”
