We pieced together the big picture of FM for Ealing council.

Ealing Council is a major employer within its London borough. It occupies around 300 buildings, including civic offices, libraries, schools, care homes and cemeteries.  Due to the constraints placed on public sector spending over the last few years, Ealing Council was keen to engage with a reputable FM company who could provide a proven value for money service and piece…sorry, peace of mind. Who else but Arthur McKay?

We delivered three framework contracts for this Council, which involved maintenance of air-conditioning, gas, plumbing and electrics. Preventative maintenance, reactive calls and project works featured prominently in Arthur McKay activities.

The dedicated, on-site Arthur McKay supervisor co-ordinated a consistently high quality of response and facilitated an improved, far faster service than an off-site option. Other key achievements in the successful delivery of this contract were the collaborative working style for which Arthur McKay is renowned, plus efficiency improvements and sizeable cost savings.

If you’re putting an FM project out to tender, why not give Arthur McKay a piece of the action?

Ray Cunningham, Mechanical Supervisor at Ealing council commented: “Covering so many Council locations is a significant logistical challenge for Arthur McKay. However, they continually meet our demands despite the tight budget to which they must work and it’s always done in a spirit of true partnership with the advantage of a dedicated supervisor on site.”
