Glenmorangie have been making their renowned malt whisky since 1843.
Until last year it seemed like their networking was from the same era.

There was a certain unease in the ‘Glen of Tranquility’ to say the least.

Arthur McKay brought them into the 21st century by phasing out the existing system and migrating new extensions onto an IP platform.

Then we set up a new call centre with call flow and relocated to a more cost effective base in Newhaven.

The whole network now serves 100 MXe 3300 users and 250 INDeX users.

Positive proof that while you can’t hurry a fine malt, you can fast track
a networking system.
