Erskine is in the Care of Arthur McKay FM

Arthur McKay Building Services, is delighted to announce that it has been successful in tendering for the FM Maintenance contract for the veterans’ charity Erskine. The charity founded in 1916, provides nursing and medical care for ex-Service men and women, both young and old throughout Scotland.


Having been selected against strong competition on the basis that their high quality submission was most cost effective, Arthur McKay Building Services long term contract will commence on the 1st October 2011.


Extensive evaluation by Erskine and their external consultants, saw Arthur McKay scoring an unprecedented 98.8% from a possible 100%, Delivering services such as; planned and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance, compliance management, fabric maintenance, 24/7 helpdesk, water hygiene, grounds and landscaping maintenance, minor and major projects will ensure Erskine is in safe hands.
