Allowing for stairwells and other internal structures, internal floor area is normally calculated at 80% of gross figure provided.

Confirm number of floors or maximum height of the development.

Details of the basement floors and any internal car parking areas.

Details or proximity of development to other buildings if known.

8. Level of Fit Out Required

This level of fit out will include overhead lighting and floor covering in all private and public areas only.

This level of fit out will include lighting in all offices and public areas, electrical services to all work stations, all other electrical and mechanical services, including air conditioning and heating to
a) client’s specific requirements, or
b) air conditioning and heating to our own specification. Calculations will be based on a space allowance of 8.3sq metres per person.
