How many men does it take to change
a light bulb?

It's an old joke, but it's not so funny when it's your light bulb they're changing.

With a lot of facilities management companies, getting a job done goes something like this.

A client gets in touch about a simple maintenance problem. Tom has to talk to Dick to get authorisation. Dick has to contact Harry to send an engineer. The engineer then has to talk to Tom to get the details.

Five men, endless chat, and the job is still not done.

At Arthur McKay, rather than go round in circles we get straight to the problem. We're more streamlined, our systems are more efficient. So we take less time with fewer men.

And satellite tracking systems and engineer communicator systems allow instant feedback on job progress.

It's not something any old Tom, Dick or Harry can do. But Arthur McKay certainly can.
