2018 marks the fifth year of the Glasgow Airport Awards; implemented to recognise the hard work, dedication and commitment to service excellence supplied by the staff, suppliers and contractors who work at this busy transport hub. Arthur McKay was delighted to sponsor this year’s award for Airport Partner/Team of the Year, presented in front of a packed audience at the DoubleTree by Hilton. The Airport Partner/Team of the Year is awarded to the team or partner organisation judged to have made a significant contribution to the success of the airport through: excellent performance, customer services, business improvement initiatives or product/service development.
Martin Walsh, Business Development Manager for Arthur McKay (pictured RHS above) proudly presented the award to the winning team from NCP (National Car Parks). Despite their long-standing partnership with Glasgow Airport, NCP still go ‘the extra mile’ to develop their service delivery, reducing costs, increasing revenues and enhancing customer experiences – just a few of the reasons they were this year’s worthy winners.
