Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Service Administrator to join our passionate and driven team in Stockport on a permanent basis!
Please note: This is an entry-level position at an entry-level salary, and we welcome candidates that we can develop and nurture into a service coordinator position.
Duties will include
- Supporting the Service Coordinator with daily duties.
- Raising jobs for service and remedial works on the internal service system
- Raising invoices on the internal system for service, remedial and call outs.
- Scanning invoices and worksheets onto the internal system.
- Communicating with customers and engineers to ensure deadlines are met for PPM and reactive calls.
- Sending jobs to engineers through an internal system.
- Raising purchase orders on internal system
- Raising purchase invoicing on Internal system
- Assisting Running labour board
- General filing
The successful candidate
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organise own work whilst working on a variety of tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and organisation.
